The Life is a Dreamtroit project is an affordable live/make housing space for creatives, culture creators, and the community currently in Detroit. The project began in 2017 has restored the historic Lincoln Motor Factory while protecting the culture and community that never left Detroit.
Dreamtroit is an 81-unit mixed use development that features affordable live/make units that range from communal efficiencies all the way to 2-bedroom units. Dreamtroit offers truly affordable space in a centrally located neighborhood where residents and visitors can experience cutting edge art, gather with a diverse community and be stewards of our environment.
